Being a busy college student, you don't have time to lay around all day after night out of drinking. If you're anything like me, that's all you want to do because of the awful hangovers I get. I tried every remedey and "cure" out there. The one I found the most effective was waking up, chugging water, getting some food in my system, and then working out. Yes, the last thing you would ever think about doing when hungover.
