It's no mystery that life can be stressful at times. When living and working as a resident assistant, stress levels can increase dramatically. Lack of sleep mixed with added responsibilities can be a dangerous combination. It is important to listen to your body and take a break from the day-to-day grind.
College is a fast paced and stressful time for a lot of students. Having to deal with school, homework, studying, team projects, sports, work, ect., makes time management important to a college student. Being a college student myself, I know how time consuming college can be. I work part time, go to school full time, have multiple group projects, and have to deal with everyday activities. My days would feel like they were flying by without any extra time for homework or studying. That's when I decided I needed to do something different to give myself more time for my academics. These are some things I do differently to give myself more time.
