It’s 2am and you just lefty our favorite watering hole, now what? Time to fill your stomach with the tasty Athens foodie finds we all love. Athens has plenty of establishments that specialize in this late night drunk food. Now while you’re coherent enough to read this take a look at the what foodie finds Court Street has to offer.
The day starts at 8 a.m. exerting energy up and down the court, running from basket to basket. Class follows until 6 o'clock in the evening. After class there is work and sometimes meetings. By the time evening comes around, hunger strikes. Without enough time to grab a quick meal inbetween obligations, hunger clouds all other thoughts.
Finally the day is over. Home on the couch with the TV on, still hungry. Don't want to cook, just want some food. The clock says 10:00 p.m. Almost everything is closed but late night pizza! Papa Johns is still open. They stay open until 1 o'clock in the morning. Papa Johns has some tasty pizza when you get the right toppings.
Craving a large pizza late at night but only have $10 and I found an awesome deal for a large 1 topping pizza.
We all know and love Court St., since freshman year, that is where most of us wanted to be on a Friday night, or Thursday, or Wednesday... probably Sunday as well. But if you're a senior and you've partaken in your fair share of shuffles you're probably feeling that there has to be more than just Court St. I'm glad to say that there are more options, in fact there are 4 very good options that are still within walking distance of where you might live.
